Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Business Development Associate to support business expansion, operational coordination, and administrative management across our wellness and healthcare retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in business development and administration, and the ability to manage licensing, procurement, vendor coordination, and B2B client relationships effectively.

 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities and potential clients.
• Send emails and make phone calls to arrange appointments and business meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare, draft, and review B2B contract agreements accurately and professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with existing B2B clients and business partners.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business developments and provide weekly reports to management.
• Track and manage business licenses, municipal licenses, and signboard licenses for all branches.
• Initiate license renewal processes at least 90 days in advance and coordinate the entire renewal process.
• Ensure all branch licenses and operational documents remain updated and inspection-ready at all times.
• Collect procurement requests from branches and offices and source supplies at cost-effective pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and service agreements with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate urgent maintenance and facility repair services for branches, including power outages, air conditioners, and generators.
• Ensure operational issues are managed according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage office petty cash, maintain accurate voucher records, and prepare monthly financial and operational reports.
• Support branch operational coordination and administrative functions as required.
• Work closely with operations, finance, and management teams to improve overall business performance and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Administration, Procurement, Retail Operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of B2B business development processes and client relationship management.
• Experience in contract preparation, vendor negotiation, procurement, and operational coordination.
• Good knowledge of business licensing and government-related administrative processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, conditional formatting, and dashboard management.
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Professional attitude when dealing with clients, vendors, and government officials.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for outdoor tasks and branch visits as required.

• Travel to suppliers, government offices, and branch locations as required.

• Yangon (Retail outlets + head office visits).
