Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Administration, Procurement, Retail Operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of B2B business development processes and client relationship management.
• Experience in contract preparation, vendor negotiation, procurement, and operational coordination.
• Good knowledge of business licensing and government-related administrative processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, conditional formatting, and dashboard management.
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Professional attitude when dealing with clients, vendors, and government officials.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for outdoor tasks and branch visits as required.
• Travel to suppliers, government offices, and branch locations as required.
• Yangon (Retail outlets + head office visits).
