  • Achieving sales target by continue review of sales activities and conduction monthly sales review with the sales team
  • Meeting to gather relevant feedback for either strategic sales planning or operations coordination with another department.
  • Generate incremental sales through medium/long term sales strategy planning.
  •  Collaborating with other departments to improve sales operations involving either logistics or business issues.
  •  Build and maintain a high-performance sales team, maximizing individual.
  • Potential through training, coaching, directing and motivating to maximizing team synergy and for succession planning

  • Any Graduate.
  • Valid driving license. Driving experiences (Downtown and Highway).
  •  2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG field and strong sales background.
  • Computer literate with M.S Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skill, problem solving skill and sales & marketing skill.
  • Able to work extended working hour.
