This is a dual-function role combining Business Development leadership and Executive Assistant support within a Telecom and Mobile Handset Manufacturing business. The role supports senior management in strategic execution while also driving business growth through partnerships, market expansion, distributor development, and OEM/ODM coordination in the telecom and handset industry.
Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Sales Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities in telecom, handset distribution, and manufacturing sectors
Expand market share for mobile phones, accessories, and telecom solutions
Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains
Explore OEM/ODM partnerships for handset production and branding opportunities
2. Key Account & Partner Management
Manage relationships with telecom operators, distributors, and retail partners
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and supply agreements
Maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients
Coordinate with supply chain and production teams for order fulfillment
3. Business Strategy & Planning
Support business strategy development for telecom and handset product lines
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking
Identify new product opportunities (smartphones, feature phones, IoT devices, accessories)
Prepare business proposals, investment cases, and partnership presentations
4. Sales & Revenue Performance
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
Develop channel sales strategy (online, offline, B2B, retail)
Support pricing strategy aligned with market demand
5. OEM / Manufacturing Coordination
Coordinate with handset manufacturing plants for production planning
Liaise between R&D, production, and sales teams
Ensure product launch timelines are aligned with market rollout strategy
Support quality and product customization discussions with OEM partners
B. Executive Assistant Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Provide direct support to CEO / Director / Senior Management
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and priority tasks
Handle confidential communication and correspondence
Act as a bridge between management and business teams
2. Meeting & Communication Management
Prepare business reports, presentations, and proposals
Organize meetings with telecom partners, suppliers, and internal teams
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action points
Filter and prioritize business communication
3. Business Coordination
Coordinate between departments (Sales, Production, Finance, Supply Chain)
Track project timelines and business development initiatives
Ensure smooth execution of management decisions
Support documentation for contracts and agreements
4. Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange business travel, meetings, and partner visits
Coordinate telecom exhibitions, product launches, and corporate events
Prepare itineraries for international business meetings (OEMs, suppliers)
