  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in business management, operations, or strategy.
  • Proven experience managing multiple business sectors such as such as agriculture , electric power sector, hospitality and assets.
  • Financial management skills including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure strong corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management across all businesses.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between business units.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Able to travel outside of Yangon and stay a few weeks or days.
