  • Process bank transfers and perform bank reconciliations.

  • Maintain cash books and accurately enter financial data into accounting software.

  • Input and monitor operational and departmental expenses in the accounting system.

  • Handle financial transactions, including coordination for funds with Head Office.

  • Manage stamp duty processing and related documentation.

  • Collect invoices and receipts from branches and suppliers in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.

  • Prepare and organize documentation related to departmental expenses.

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • LCCI Level II / III or other relevant accounting certifications will be an advantage.
  • Minimum (1–2) years of experience in accounting, cash handling, or bank reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, MYOB, QuickBooks).
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and report preparation.
  • Good understanding of financial processes, including bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Well-organized with the ability to maintain proper documentation.
  • Must be good in English 4 skills (Pre-Intermediate)
