Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation and setup of catering venues before events.
2. Arrange tables, chairs, tableware, food stations, and other catering equipment.
3. Serve food and beverages to guests in a polite and professional manner.
4. Welcome and assist guests during catering events.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
6. Refill food, beverages, tableware, and other service items when required.
7. Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth service.
8. Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
9. Handle catering equipment carefully and report any damaged or missing items.
10. Clear tables and clean the event area after service.
11. Assist with packing, transporting, loading, and unloading catering equipment when required.
12. Support other catering-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
• Previous experience in catering, restaurant, hotel, or F&B service is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to stand/work for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and service-minded.
