-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department,including accounts payable/receivable,cash receipts,general ledger and payroll.
-Prepare ,anlalyze,quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local accounting standards.
-Coordiante the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts,reporting variances to senior management .
-Ensure compliance with local tax regulations,manage tax fillings and coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.
-Estiblish and maintain internal control assets and ensure data accurancy.
-Provide financial insights to support business decision-making and lead the accounting team through mentorship and performance evaluations.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
-Bachelo's Degree in Accounting of Finance.
-CPA,ACCA or CIMA certification is highly preferred.
-Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting wtih at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or specialized accounting software.
-Strong leadership skills,high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
-Prior experience in the Export/Import trading sector and knowledge of Cost Accounting is a plus.
