  • Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s cloud environments, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of technology investments
  • Document your technical work and research to help your colleagues, improve the product, and improve the support experience.
  • Requirement gathering from customers and participating in technical discussions to address customer challenges with on-premise /cloud workloads
  • Provide oversight of cloud platform for capacity planning, optimization, utilization, and access management.  
  • Provide support in the implementation of cloud base solutions, including Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Quality Assurance.  
  • Evaluating new technologies for innovation and providing recommendations for Enterprise Architecture Strategies and implementation.

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT Industry.
  • AWS certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in migrating on-premise solutions to the cloud environment and driving technology transformation.  
  • Operations or systems administration experience, particularly on Linux
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
