  • Support daily business application and operational activities
  • Perform menu updates, price changes, and system configuration updates
  • Record, monitor, and follow up operational and application-related issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stores for issue resolution
  • Visit stores when required to provide operational and application support
  • Assist users with basic troubleshooting and issue handling
  • Prepare and maintain issue logs and support records
  • Ensure smooth and timely support for business operations
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Reporting Manager

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in application support or IT operations support will be preferred

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Willing to travel to stores when required
