• Perform quality control inspections to determine acceptability of work on project sites
• Check project plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications and project design
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials
• Coordinate with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
• Develop and administer the project quality control plan in coordination with the Project Manager
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
• Support to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Prepare daily progress/Quality report to Project Manager / internal team.
• Participate in internal and/or external quality control audits.
• Inspect works in progress or at completion for final compliance and quality assurance grading
• Ensure that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets, in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
• Perform site acceptance and handover to operation
• Support Civil/Electrical engineers to prepare As-Build drawings

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management,
• Experience Required: 3-5 Years in Civil / Construction / Quality monitoring
• Fluency in both English and Burmese
• Travel requirements: Ready fol regional travels, up to 90% of the time
