Prepare training plan in cooperation with manager.
Prepare monthly/yearly training budgets for all training programs.
Work with manager and to determine training specialize course base on dealer request and or market need.
Prepare training programs included curriculum, textbooks, handouts, designing training workshop etc.
Produce lesson plan for training responsible for.
Conduct training to trainee internal and external center.
Make training report for training responsible for.
Follow up skills progress of mechanics by conducting survey or visit dealer
Manage trained courses
Manage trained mechanic for all dealer
Responsible for training tools/equipment proposal and inventory.
Advise in technical issue for market problems if it is required.
Provide technical support to other team according to their request.
Support and coordinate staff in service department with the related affairs.
Assist other staff if necessary
Perform other works as assigned from time to time by superior.

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation and teaching.
Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as good computer skills.
Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly
Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure.
Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments
Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner.
