Work Location 

Mayangon Township, Yangon (Affinity Myanmar Office) 

Based on performance and company arrangements, the role may transition to work from home.

 

We are looking for motivated and capable candidates to join our team in Yangon.
This position will support a Singapore-based service company, working closely with an international team and handling communication with overseas clients.

We are hiring 4 staff in total for the following roles:
• Customer Service Officer (2 positions)
• Administration Officer (2 positions)

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Officer

  • Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone calls
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate service requests and follow up on cases
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications
  • Support Singapore team in day-to-day operations

Administration Officer

  • Handle documentation, data entry, and internal administrative tasks
  • Maintain operational records and reports
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and workflow tracking
  • Support customer service team with operational tasks
  • Ensure accurate filing and document management

Requirements

  •     Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
  •     Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •     Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, messaging tools)
  •     Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  •     Willing to follow Singapore work calendar and business practices

Working Schedule

  •    5 working days per week
  •    2 days off per week
  •    Work schedule follows Singapore calendar
  •    Candidates must be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays

Salary & Benefits

  •     Starting Salary: SGD450-550 per month (based on your previous experience)
  •     After successful 3-month probation: SGD500-600 per month
