Purpose of the Role

• To lead Business Analytics and reporting for the Data Business and support management in Key decision making process

Role Accountabilities 

• Manage Daily key business reporting requirements required and approved by Management
• Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and dashboards for Data Business
• Manage Performance analysis of various products/promotions and marketing channels
• Enablement of data driven decision making from proactive insights and understandings of the customers, products and competition
• Track and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments/personas pertaining to Data business
• Support campaign manager to run various adhoc campaigns by providing suitable promotional base and communication scripts
• Work closely with Campaign manager to create tracking reports for various campaigns across marketing channels
• Monitoring Competitive landscape and Market offerings of direct/indirect competition
• Collect periodic customer feedback by deploying various survey mechanisms
• Support product managers in product creation, user acceptance testing, go-to-market etc.
• End to End responsible for segmented base extraction and enabling in respective segments
• Tracking performance of New Initiatives led by product managers
• Data driven Insights and opportunities to be shared with Product managers

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

• 2-3 Years of Data Analytics experience
• Strong understanding of SQL, Microsoft access to pull data for creating reports
• Working knowledge of Excel and power point
• Ability to understand and create visualizations like charts and graphs
• Aptitude to lean new/different processes, systems within the company to understand data architectures and work flows
