Job Summary
Join a dynamic FMCG team as an R&D Staff, supporting new product development, product testing, and innovation. You will help improve product quality, meet market needs, and assist in ensuring smooth R&D operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end process of new product development and innovation.
● Conduct sensory evaluation and product testing to support quality and consumer appeal.
● Analyze and improve products based on sales and marketing requirements.
● Test raw material samples and support supplier approval processes.
● Control stock of sample ingredients and R&D sample products accurately.
● Assist the R&D Manager in developing new products and related projects.
● Perform other duties related to R&D as assigned by management.

● B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
● Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in the FMCG industry.
● Age between 22 and 30 years old.
● Good communication and negotiation skills.
● Knowledge of formulation, costing, consumer tests, and sensory evaluation.
● Basic understanding of shelf life study, packaging, process, and raw materials.
● Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Intermediate English proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
