  1. Executed project planning, architectural schematic design in the early stages, and detailed architectural construction drawing design in the later phases.
  2. Complete the structural scheme design and construction drawing design for the structural specialty, and issue the structural calculation report
  3. Complete the calculation of project quantities (Civil works & Steel structure works) and the estimation of bidding costs
  4. A versatile talent capable of independently handling tasks in architecture, structural engineering, and quantity surveying (QS).

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  1. Bachelor’s degree (B.E) Civil.
  2. Minimum 4-5 years’ experience.
  3. Proficient in structural design software ETABS and SAFE.
  4. Skilled in drafting software AutoCAD 2D & 3D and BIM.
  5. Familiar with relevant standards and codes, including MNBC and Analysis of Rates for Building Works.
