  • Set up die-cutting plates on the machine in accordance with the production schedule provided by the planning department.
  • Approve and inspect assigned work to ensure it meets quality standards and work instructions (WI).
  • Supervise and monitor subordinates to ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance work accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assign tasks and oversee the quality and productivity of team performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and ensure the die-cutting machine is in optimal working condition to achieve high-quality output.
  • Participate actively in company-wide initiatives and cooperate with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Working Environment Committee.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, including tasks related to safety, occupational health, environmental conditions, 5S activities, quality systems, and environmental management systems.

  • With relevant Education Background
  • Male, age 22 or older
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role operating printing machines, or At least 3 years of experience as an assistant machine operator
  • Strong understanding of operating automatic die-cutting machines
  • Basic knowledge of die-cutting plate setup and usage
  • Skills in machine operation and preventive maintenance
  • Initiative, creativity, and leadership qualities
  •  Responsibility and strong discipline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Normal color vision (not color blind)
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts
