  • Assist in inspecting raw materials such as rice flour, starch, additives, and packaging materials.
  • Perform in-process and finished product inspections (appearance, thickness, length, moisture, breakage).
  • Monitor production processes and report any quality issues to the Senior QC.
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
  • Conduct basic quality tests under supervision.
  • Record QC inspection results and maintain documentation.
  • Support sanitation and cleanliness checks in production areas.
