• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage Meta advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external partners to produce marketing content.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital trends.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Build and maintain Laflor Myanmar’s brand identity across all digital channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the construction materials, building materials, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and online advertising.

• Proficient in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content in Myanmar. English communication skills are an advantage.
