• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro to create professional video content.
• Deep understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to generate unique ideas and take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation is preferred.
