  • Develops written, visual, and video content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Designs graphics, reels, and interactive media to boost engagement.
  • Plans and executes content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Creates posts, captions, and stories for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitors audience engagement and responds to comments/messages.
  • Optimizes content with keywords and metadata for better search rankings.
  • Tracks performance (likes, shares, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc and prepare monthly report.
  • Ensures all content reflects Company’s image, style, and values.
  • Experiments with new formats like podcasts, reels, and interactive posts.
  • Works with designers and coordinates with clients or managers to align content with business objectives.
  • Measures success and adjusts strategies for improvement.

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Must be able to understand and implement Digital Marketing Strategies and create content.
  • Must  be proficient in using Digital Tools and  the ability to follow Social Media Trends.
  • Must possess strong skills in Creativity, Good Communication, and Time Management.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and be willing to listen and learn.
  • Must be creative, innovative, and proactive (or active).
  • Candidates who can start work immediately will be prioritized for hiring.
