- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage and update website content and social media accounts
- Create engaging digital content (posts, stories, videos, banners, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align digital efforts with business goals
- Coordinate influencer marketing efforts and partnerships
- Support e-commerce activities, including product listings, online promotions, and customer interaction
- Generate performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Burmese and English
- Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
