Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Create engaging visual content, including graphics and short-form videos, to increase brand awareness.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and lead generation.
Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to ensure maximum engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
Handle community management by responding to comments and messages in a professional manner.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related field
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva (for graphic design) and CapCut (for video editing) is a must.
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and advertising tools.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
Soft Skills: Must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
Creativity: Proven ability to think outside the box and generate fresh, viral content ideas.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
