Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the hospital/clinic.
Manage and maintain social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and manage engaging content including health education posts, promotional campaigns, videos, reels, patient information, and service announcements.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars and digital campaigns.
Set up, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, inquiries, and conversions.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, departments, and management to collect accurate healthcare information and create appropriate content.
Ensure all marketing content is professional, accurate, ethical, and consistent with healthcare communication standards.
Respond to or coordinate responses to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner in social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Support campaigns for hospital services, health check-up packages, specialist clinics, promotions, and events.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify digital marketing opportunities.
Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.
Work with graphic designers, videographers, agencies, or other external partners when required.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, advertising tools, and healthcare marketing practices.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related role. Healthcare/hospital experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads and social media platforms.
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Good content writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc. is a plus.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Creative, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Good command of Myanmar and English languages.
