Overseeing various channels, including Social Media, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

Developing and successfully executing an effective digital content calendar.

Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to create the digital content calendar.

Leading content creators, graphic designers, and marketing staff effectively to achieve departmental goals.

Defining team member performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting performance reviews.

 Developing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion rates. .

Fostering a dynamic team culture that ensures individual responsibilities are met effectively while promoting workplace happiness. .

Analyzing the results of individual campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. .

Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on digital performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Leads, ROAS).

Calculating the profitability (ROI/ROAS) of marketing campaigns and reporting the results to management.

Continuously monitoring competitor activities (competitor analysis) and market conditions.

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (leadership experience preferred)

Proficient in Social Media Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools

Strong creative thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills

Excellent team management and communication skills
