• Lead & ensure compliance in the auditing process.
• Develop robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Provide timely financial reports, projections, & growth plans.
• Engage with financial institutions & investors for financing.
• Facilitate annual audit process with external auditors.
• Drive continuous evaluation of strategic financial objectives.
• Report financial results to the board of directors.
• Offer strategic financial analysis & recommendations to management.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities & system enhancements.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting principles & regulations.
• Mentor & develop a high-performing finance team.

Finance Operations

• Monitor & enhance billing & collections processes for precision & timeliness.
• Formulate, enforce processes to optimize internal control & operational efficiency.
• Oversee store finance operations, emphasizing cost management & safety protocols.
• Manage a multi-location team, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Handle challenging customer interactions with finesse and teamwork.
• Collaborate with ERP team to optimize system, ensuring accurate management reports.
• Implement efficient financial processes & systems for day-to-day operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, & financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, & key metrics.
• Align financial goals with overall business objectives through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Evaluate & recommend enhancements to financial policies & procedures.
• Provide senior management with strategic financial insights & recommendations.
   

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of (1) financial leadership experience, including Auditing, Financial Planning, and Strategy. (for Dir of Corporate Finance), (2) financial leadership experience in retail/telecom/ISP businesses. (for Dir of Finance Operations)
• Proven track record in Managing Profitability, Strategic Planning, & Equity/Debt raising.
• CPA designation highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, & high accuracy.
• Proficient in accounting principles, standards, & regulations.
• Advanced-level skill in Microsoft Excel or experience with ERP
• Fluent in both Burmese & English (reading/writing English required).
• Able to travel across our business coverage within Myanmar
