A Great Opportunity for ...

Assist to Operation Director and Senior Manager in developing projects.
Preparing Project Reports for Management and external stakeholders, project presentation, special meeting minutes, official project corresponding letters and create & maintain project database/ information.
Perform project administrative works such as normal departmental operational activities, travel arrangement for local and foreign, managing event, facilitate meetings etc.
Planning and monitoring of project activities, progress and take corrective action with management approval.
Deal with project contractors, handle contract and payment process.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with project related Regulatory Agencies.
Assist to operations team on required documents and submission related report/ corresponding/ approval request.
coordination and liaising in project stakeholder managing: Government body, Local community, Partners and so on.
Be responsible for government approval process.
Assist in the development of government relations strategies to support organizational goals.
Develop and maintain lobbying database with relevant information.
Maintain and build relationships with key persons and their offices.
Perform as project coordinator for specific project activities such as ESIA works, survey & investigation works, PR activities & events, CSR activities & events, transmission line right of way process and other special workshops related to project.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

MBA or other business-related degree such as project management degree/ Diploma holders are welcomed, University qualification(s) in Communications, Government, or another related field is desirable.
Experience and sound understanding of the aged care sector.
Minimum 3 Years of solid experience in project developing and/ or power infrastructure developing projects and minimum 6-year of total working experiences.
The candidate mush has excellent communication skill and must be a dynamic team player.
Fluent in English 4 skills and computer literate.
Be able to work under pressure and perform broadened job scope.
Be able to travel.
