  • Assist in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology providers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the management of existing partnerships, ensuring they are productive and aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and emerging trends within the FinTech and digital wallet industries.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on market data and competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate with various departments and government offices to ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Support the execution of partnership agreements and track the progress of ongoing initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional support to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with the marketing team to design and implement joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive partner engagement and business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Execute tasks and projects as assigned by management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of digital wallets, financial services, or fintech is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the partnership management field.

  • Previous experience in partnership management, business development, sales and customer service can be advantageous.
