Overview
The overall purpose and responsibilities will be who help business by developing, facilitating and
supervising training programs for employees and stockiest.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Educate all important brand message to the Local Audience
- Manage all training of professional retail staff of stockiest
- Regular update the product knowledge and service, ensure all the staffs or stockiest are
fully trained
- Lead all educational activities or training for stockiest and in-house team
- Orienting and training related with the brand to a new team member or stockiest
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals
- Develop the training program and prepare teaching coach
- Monthly visit to the stockiest to get the feedback
- Translate the book about the products from English to Myanmar Version
- Help support the BD team to drive sales
- Support wholesale or stockiest related with the product knowledge and service training
- Co-ordinate with the other departments for training schedule
- Review in-house staff or other retail staff performance criteria periodically and conduct
the yearly review with the staff

- Fluent in English and Burmese (Mandarin speaking would be advantage)
- Must be able to travel around Myanmar
- Ability to handle an ever-changing fast-paced work environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time with a strong attention to
detail
