Job Responsibilities

- Preparing and delivering engaging lessons according to the curriculum provided.
- Assigning work such as homework, assignments, group work, etc., and assess or corrects the work of students.
- Monitoring student performance, and adjusting teaching strategies and techniques for improved content delivery.
- Setting up exams, assessments, and experiments in accordance with curriculum requirements and standards of the state and district.
- Communicating any student issues to academic teams and other relevant staff members.
- Creating a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
- Encouraging students to think independently and express ideas.
- Counselling students and guardians when problems arise.
- Updating of attendance and assessments result record in timely manner, not later than the set deadlines.
- Building rapport with students so that they feel comfortable and safe.

-Bachelor/Master/ Ph.D. degree holders

-Career Passionate Educators

-At least 3 years of teaching experience

-Intermediate level in English Language Proficiency

- Fluency in both spoken and written English 
- Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development 
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills 
- Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards, attention to detail and learning orientations.
