Implement and ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards, policies, and procedures within the factory.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections and audits to identify risks, unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Manage accident, incident, and near-miss reporting processes, including investigation and root cause analysis.
Organize and monitor EHS training programs, safety awareness activities, and emergency response training for employees.
Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials, chemical storage, waste management, PPE usage, and fire safety compliance.
Collaborate with the Safety Committee to support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong safety culture in the workplace.
Plan and conduct emergency drills, fire drills, and evacuation procedures regularly.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain accurate EHS documentation and records.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Prior experience in Factory or FMCG EHS operations is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and OSHA/FMCG safety standards.
Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills in both Myanmar and English languages.
Strong safety awareness with the ability to manage and implement safety procedures systematically.
Must be physically fit, healthy, and hardworking.
Able to work effectively in a team environment with strong responsibility and accountability.
Able to work on shift duty and flexible working hours when required.
Candidates residing in Thanlyin and nearby areas will be given priority.
