ELV Engineer – Job Scope & Responsibilities

1. Install, Setup and Project deliver:
Study project drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Review client requirements and technical specifications.
Prepare equipment layout and cable routing.
Coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams.
Study project drawings, specifications, and BOQ.

Prepare equipment layout and cable routing.
Coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams.
Install, configure, testing and maintenance. ( CCTV, Door Access, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, PABX/ IP Telephony)
2. Documentation
Prepare:
Daily Site Reports
Weekly Progress Reports
Material Request Forms
Testing & Commissioning Reports
As-Built Drawings
Operation & Maintenance Manuals
3. Project Coordination
Coordinate with: Consultants, Clients, Main Contractors, MEP Contractors and Suppliers
Attend site meetings.
Report project progress.
4. Site Management
Supervise subcontractors and technicians.
Monitor installation quality.
Ensure projects meet schedule.
Verify material usage.
5. Health, Safety & Quality
Follow site safety procedures.
Ensure PPE compliance.
Maintain quality installation standards.
Follow company QA/QC procedures.
