Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery, utilities, and equipment.
Breakdown Maintenance:
Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
Equipment Installation & Commissioning:
Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and ensure proper handover to production.
Troubleshooting:
Analyze recurring equipment issues and implement long-term corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine history, and spare parts usage.
Spare Parts Management:
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and control costs.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP).
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives in equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintenance planning.

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, or food processing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Experience with TPM, CMMS, or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts if required.
Good problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
