• Assist in coordinating daily project activities and site operations.
• Support the Project Engineer in planning and monitoring project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding project progress.
• Monitor material delivery, inventory, and equipment required for project sites.
• Attend site meetings and record meeting minutes and action items.
• Assist in preparing project progress reports and updating project status.
• Support site inspections to ensure work complies with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Help prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
• Follow up on project schedules, material requests, and outstanding issues.
• Assist with project testing, commissioning, and client handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

 - Basic understanding of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, PAPX Systems, Structured Cabling, and Networking.
- Work in both office and on-site environments.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

- Willingness to learn and work at project sites.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
