1. Summary

The Engineering Manager leads Vital Solar's entire technical ecosystem, including C&I Project Engineering, System Design Validation (SLD), Installation Quality Assurance, and the National After-Sales Service & RMA Network. This role ensures top-tier technical standards for ESS, Hybrid/Off-Grid Inverters, and Solar systems while building deep technical confidence among partner installers.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Technical System Architecture Oversight: Oversee Single Line Diagram (SLD) approvals, PV string sizing, BESS battery C-rating configurations, and technical spec validations for C&I and residential projects.
• C&I EPC Project Engineering: Direct Lead Project Engineers, Site Electrical Engineers, and Installation Technicians on high-capacity commercial factory solar projects from design to grid commissioning.
• After-Sales & RMA Management: Establish and manage the After-Sales Service Center and RMA replacement process in Yangon and Mandalay, delivering fast warranty resolution (<48 hrs) for company's product units.
• Installer Technical Academy: Lead technical training modules for partner installers through the Energy Solution Academy, certifying local engineers on proper installation and commissioning.
• Cross-Department Alignment: Provide technical backing to the Sales Department for high-value B2B pitches and collaborate with Logistics on spare parts inventory planning.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Power Engineering (B.E. EP), Electronics (EC), or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Direct Solar Experience: Minimum 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Solar PV design, BESS storage systems, and EPC project management in Myanmar.
• Technical & Software Mastery: Deep technical mastery of Hybrid Inverters, Lithium Battery LFP chemistry, High-Voltage ESS, and software tools (AutoCAD, PV*SOL, PVSyst, SketchUp, Odoo ERP).
• Leadership Capabilities: Proven track record of managing site engineers, field technicians, and after-sales service teams.
