● Engage with students in a goal-setting and monitoring process through a long-term process

● Collect information from students which will help Edulink Myanmar develop its educational products and delivery systems to better suit student needs.

● Conduct one-to-one and small group meetings (eg. focus groups) and assist with other student feedback mechanisms in the following areas:

○ The teaching and learning experience

○ Student attendance issues

○ Supplementary workshops and practice sessions

○ Library resources (hard copy and virtual)

○ Extra-curricular activities

○ Other relevant areas

● Meet with teaching staff and other relevant Edulink Myanmar staff regularly and systematically to provide and discuss student feedback and potential follow-up actions.

● Be involved with relevant follow-up actions resulting from student feedback based on guidance from the Director of Studies and Academic Coordinator – Compliance and engagement.

● Liaise with the study abroad department.

● Upper-Intermediate (CEFR B2) English language skills are a minimum

● Well-organized

● Have a good attitude and a positive outlook

● Ability to work collaboratively/ A team player

● Diligent about getting the task completed properly

● Ability in problem-solving

● Flexible

● High-level computer skills & understanding

● Inter-personal skills required to interact positively with staff, clients, and customers

● Education industry work experience
