Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Understand end-to-end business processes (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Procurement).
Map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes within Odoo ERP.
Configure Odoo modules according to business needs with or without customization where possible.
Support implementation of core modules such as: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting & Finance, CRM, POS, Manufacturing (MRP), HR Assist in data migration, validation, and testing.
Ensure system configuration follows best practices and scalability.
Support brokers and management with research insights.
Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and use-case documents.
Create SOPs, user manuals, and training materials.
Document system configurations and business logic clearly.
Conduct user training sessions and workshops.
Provide post-implementation functional support and troubleshooting.
Act as first-level support for functional issues and coordinate with users when required.
Prepare test cases and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Validate system functionality against business requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
Communicate clearly with non-technical users.
Manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of functional milestones.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using Odoo features.
Stay updated with new Odoo versions and features.
Recommend enhancements to improve system usage and efficiency.
Any task assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
Odoo Functional Certification is a strong advantage.
2–5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience implementing Odoo ERP in at least one full cycle project.
Experience working with accounting, inventory, sales, or manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP functional modules.
Understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (models, workflows, APIs) is a plus.
Experience in data migration, UAT, and system configuration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work alone or with others.
Strong time management and multitasking ability.
User-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries is preferable.
Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting is preferable.
Experience with integrations (SAP) is preferable.
Exposure to change management and digital transformation projects is preferable.
