ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead to plan and organize Event programs from start to finish i.e. Brand/Product Launch, Promotion and Engagement for Consumer/Trade and if needed for Corporate, and Sponsorship programs i.e. Music, Sport, E-sport, Trade show and other Brand/Product related activities annually/bi-annually/quarterly
• Planning, effective utilizing and monitoring budget, creating event concept, generating program flow according to the project’s direction and objectives, taking necessary approval from respective internal management and external authorities, identifying and resolving problems, and ensuring successful executions in time
• Act as a focal person to liaise and coordinate with internal (cross functional teams) and external (agencies, 3rd party vendors) stakeholders for the effective and smooth execution of the planned projects, ensuring compliance and alignment in terms of events and sponsorship strategy and plans
• Responsible to generate innovative ideas for concept, decoration, engagement throughout the whole event to make sure all the events deliver exceptional and excitement with good vibe outcomes  
• Explore sponsorship opportunities related to brand/product objectives and target audience, gather up-to-date information in market and competitors’ activities
• Review and analysis of pre-defined targets, post-event evaluation on program outcomes, challenges, issues and expenses
• Produce the report to discuss with Management to drive improvements
• Proper storage in stock gift items and reusable event setup/ decoration materials with updated data base 

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

• Solid experience in event management for 4 – 7 years
• Solid knowledge on brand management and marketing communications
• Time, people and project management skills
• Strong leadership with good coordination skills
• Expert in communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with details oriented
• Good multi tasks management skill
• High-level problem-solving skill
• Risk management experience
• Fluent in English 4 skills
• Computer Savvy, proficient in MS Office, Power Point and other office use applications
