Set short- and long-term marketing goals, including KPIs for campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and customer support.
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and reporting.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials and content.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
