  • Manage and oversee all export operations from order processing to shipment completion.
  • Coordinate and prepare necessary export documentation and license applications.
  • Ensure containers are properly loaded, checked, and shipped in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with shipping agents, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth export processes.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and handle any export-related issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain export records and reports for management review.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate export transactions.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export or international trade management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer usage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple shipments and coordinate with various stakeholders.
