Position Overview

Oversee end-to-end warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, safety compliance, cost control, and on-time delivery performance. Lead process optimization, system improvement, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth.

Warehouse Operation Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, damage process and dispatching.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and product integrity throughout the warehouse process.
• Implement and monitor SOPs aligned with ISO 9001 and company audit standards.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and system reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor equipment usage (pallets, racks) and plan maintenance schedules.

Inventory & Data Control

• Ensure real-time and accurate inventory records in ERP/Odoo systems.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor slow-moving, expired/near-expired stocks and propose action plans.
• Provide monthly inventory reports to Executive Director or MD

Logistics & Distribution Management

• Manage inbound and outbound planning, routing, scheduling, and allocation.
• Ensure on-time delivery, customer SLA adherence, and logistics cost efficiency.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, route optimization, and driver performance.
• Handle thirty party logistics / transport vendors, contract negotiation, and performance review.

People Management & Leadership

• Lead, train, and mentor Assistant Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, In charge, Drivers, and Delivery.
• Conduct performance evaluations (KPI), coaching, and disciplinary management.
• Build a strong operational culture focusing on safety, teamwork, and accountability.

Compliance, Safety & Audit

• Ensure workplace safety, handling procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Lead internal & external audits (ISO 9001, HSE, compliance checks).
• Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse and logistics operations.

Continuous Improvement & Cost Efficiency

• Identify productivity gaps and implement improvement initiatives (Lean/5S).
• Analyze operating costs (manpower, fuel, space, transport) and reduce wastage.
• Lead digital transformation (ERP/Odoo enhancement, tracking tools).

• Professional certifications preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6years experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in Import and distribution or large-scale warehouse operations.
