Job Purpose

The Export & Import Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all export and import operations of the Group, covering both CMP and Normal Trade transactions.
The role ensures shipments, documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements are handled accurately and efficiently, with the ability to resolve customs clearance difficulties and adapt to changing government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all export and import activities for CMP and Normal Trade operations.

• Prepare, review, and control all import–export documentation, including:

  • Commercial invoices

  • Packing lists

  • Bills of lading / airway bills

  • Certificates, permits and license

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and authorities.

• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve customs clearance issues, delays, or disputes.

• Stay updated on current and new government regulations, trade policies, and customs requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.

• Support internal teams on trade, customs, and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in export & import manager level.

• Hands-on experience in both CMP and Normal Trade is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and trade regulations.

• Proven ability to handle customs-related difficulties and problem-solving.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments under pressure.

• Experience in manufacturing or trading industries is preferred.
