A Finance Manager oversees an organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning, to ensure profitability and compliance. Key duties include analyzing financial data, managing cash flow, preparing forecasting reports, supervising accounting staff, and advising senior management on cost-reduction opportunities.

Conducting both strategic and operational tasks, and high-level financial analysis and reporting

• Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Preparing financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Managing internal control policies and procedures and continuously find the opportunities to improve them.
•  Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, cash flow projection, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.
•  Monitor the daily operations of all accounting functions including receivables, payables, etc.
•  Oversee various tax issues, tax planning and foreign exchange control matters.
• Develop, operate and ensure efficient and effective financial systems including internal control, budget control, financial policies, standard operating procedures, etc.
• Perform treasury management and monitor financial positions.
•  Work closely and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including various departments, government authorities and other parties such as contractors and auditors, etc.
•  Perform ad-hoc assignments.
•  Perform related work as assigned by line manager
• To set out control procedures and policies regarding finance, accounting, operation and SAP software system. To solve any error or problem regarding SAP system
• To check and review all expenses and outgoing payments from the company and try to collect all receivables from customer at the earliest possible
• To manage and carry out for timely and accurate monthly report to meet the deadline date.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance manager role, preferably in export & import and distribution/trading field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Have full knowledge in taxation policy & procedure.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards.
• Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Accounting Software (SAP)
