🏗 Job Purpose
To act as an independent internal authority responsible for auditing construction projects from approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contracts through site execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and risk control. This role functions separately from project operations and reports findings directly to the Chairman.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
1. Drawing & Design Audit
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for compliance, coordination, and constructability
Verify site execution against latest approved drawings and revisions
Identify design discrepancies, clashes, and technical risks before and during construction
2. Site Quality Inspection
Conduct regular and surprise site inspections for civil, structural, and MEP works
Inspect workmanship, materials, methods, and construction sequences
Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and approved method statements
3. Internal Technical Audit
Audit projects independently from Project Managers and site teams
Review BOQ, variation orders, and quantity execution for accuracy
Identify quality, cost, time, and compliance risks
4. Non-Conformance & Risk Control
Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when deviations are identified
Monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure
Highlight critical risks directly to Chairman with recommendations
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare clear audit and inspection reports for Chairman
Maintain QA records, inspection logs, and audit documentation
Provide executive-level summaries with risk grading (Low / Medium / High)
