- Manage and oversee the company’s overall financial activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain effective financial management procedures and controls.
- Supervise daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate recording of financial information.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare annual budgets in coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor actual performance against approved budgets.
- Monitor production costs, material costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
- Provide management with financial information for business planning and decision-making.
Prepare and monitor daily and weekly cash flow requirements.
- Manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
- Review payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
- Ensure sufficient cash availability for operational requirements.
Oversee the company’s tax-related activities and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants when required.
- Maintain proper tax documentation and records.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal financial controls.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Monitor accounting records related to raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, LCCI, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
