DUTY

• To check and overview all functions of Finance and Accounting department of all KMA property hotels, Resort, CBC ballroom and any related businesses and to ensure that all transactions are smooth running
• To summarized and verify from the respective reports of all KMA property Hotels, Resorts, CBC Ball Room and related units
• To define and implement all KMA hotels internal control policies and procedures, to ensure that the effectiveness control
• To review and certify any hotel internal or external financial reporting before distribution
• To check and review the preparation of all KMA property hotel’s yearly operating budget, quarterly budget to ensure that they are reasonable and reliable. And then to review the variance and future preparation

RESPONSIBILITY

• To ensure that the accuracy of all accounting transactions and balances of consolidated financial statements
• To prepare timely and release of accurate monthly financial statements and other related management reports.
• To ensure all balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled on a monthly basis and discrepancies are immediately identified and ခorrected, follow up action, on time report to management and corporate finance division
• To check and follow up appropriate action of Account Receivables, Account Payable and Daily Cash In / Out flows transactions
• To oversee and ensure the smooth running of the overall Cost Control functions, in particular:
• To check actual record and safeguard of all stocks of the hotels with all variances being justified and corrected.
• To strict respect of all control procedures and policies.
• To oversee and ensure the smooth running of the purchasing functions, in particular that all procurement of goods and services are done in accordance with the KMA GROUP hotels’ policies and procedures

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Degree in B.Com
• CPA or ACCA will be preferred
• Minimum 5 years in similar position

• Good Communication Skills
• Can be used Accounting Software
• Strong work ethic and team working skills are required
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Good time-management skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
