About Us
i-Land Industrial Estate is one of Myanmar's leading industrial estate developments, strategically located in Bago Region. We provide industrial land, ready-built factories, infrastructure, utilities and estate management services to local and international investors.

We are seeking a dedicated and capable Finance cum Administration Executive to join our team.

Job Summary
The Finance cum Administration Executive will be responsible for managing the daily finance, accounting, administrative and office support functions of the industrial estate. The successful candidate will be based full-time at our Bago Site Office.

 

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting

  • Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain petty cash and bank transaction records.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and cash flow monitoring.
  • Support payroll processing and staff reimbursement claims.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and Head Office.

Administration

  • Maintain office administration and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and internal documentation.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and operational purchases.
  • Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.
  • Support management in coordinating meetings and site activities.
  • Liaise with tenants, suppliers, contractors and government offices when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Honest, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills in Myanmar and English.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to be stationed and reside at the Bago Site Office.
