Provides topline analyses such as VPM, Sales Mix, Channel and Region Mix on a monthly basis and inform Commercial leaders of the current performance and influence in the RGM improvement.
Facilitates efficient trading terms and promotions and leads DFR related month-end closing activities.
Ensures investments (in out of customer contract) are recorded with sufficient detailed investments, as well as, having sufficient targets of Volume/ Revenue Target, NSR & OI.
Maintains investment guidelines, tracking system & toolkit focusing to improve low performance customers to uplift volume, revenue, profit vs. target.
Tracks SKU performance and support management decision to either launch or delist an SKU; or improve plan for new launching SKUs.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide key decision support.
Complex financial concepts to internal and external audiences must be articulated to non financial business leaders in concise and understandable terms to influence and drive alignment and appropriate actions Data is used for decision-making, as well as internal and external reporting and communications. This also includes the preparation, interpretation, and alignment of financial data included in the business plans.
The role requires the ability to work on strategic issues and new approaches need to be developed continuously to ensure correct commercial and business decisions are made. • Participate in development and prioritization of business strategies and plans with cross functional teams.

Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Commercial, Operations, Trade Marketing Management.
University/bachelor’s degree
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes.
Proficient in GAAP and financial policies concepts/methods/terminology appropriately in own work and to new or ambiguous situations with minimum supervision.
Able to provide advice and guidance on policy interpretation and administer policies ensures compliance.
Able to perform processes related to and prepare closing, consolidation and reconciliation tasks; financial statements; planning, management with minimum supervision.
Able to track, monitor, and communicate relevant KPIs /problems / issues and suggest alternative approaches or recommendations.
Able to perform and own end to end planning, budgeting and forecasting tasks with minimum supervision and reviews budget status and findings with higher management.
Understands relationship between various compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ability to use computer applications as required – Microsoft applications, SAP, and others
Ability to read, understand, verbally exchange information and compose written material for business purposes in English
