Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Develop budgets and forecasts

• Conduct profitability and cost analysis

• Monitor financial performance against targets

2️⃣ Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

• Manage cash flow and liquidity

• Monitor receivables and payables

• Coordinate banking relationships

• Manage gold metal loans and overdraft facilities

3️⃣ Inventory & Bullion Accounting

• Monitor gold and diamond stock valuation

• Track wastage and manufacturing cost

• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation

• Manage hedging and price fluctuation risks

4️⃣ Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure GST/VAT compliance

• Handle TDS and statutory filings

• Coordinate internal and external audits

• Maintain financial documentation and controls

5️⃣ Cost Control & Risk Management

• Identify cost-saving opportunities

• Implement internal financial controls

• Minimize financial risks and fraud exposure

6️⃣ Team Leadership

• Supervise accounts team

• Ensure proper delegation and workflow

• Provide financial insights to management

Education

• CA / CPA / ACCA (preferred)

• MBA Finance (advantage)

• B.Com / M.Com (minimum requirement)

🔹 Experience

• 7–15+ years in finance/accounting

• Jewellery or manufacturing industry experience preferred

🔹 Technical Skills

• Financial reporting and analysis

• Working capital management

• Inventory valuation methods

• ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP, Tally)

• Advanced Excel
