Manage overall Finance & Accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
Monitor AR, AP, inventory and cost control.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax, accounting standards and company policies.
Review financial transactions, controls and supporting documents.
Work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement and other departments on financial matters.
Lead and develop the Finance team and improve financial processes.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management for business decisions.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA or CPA is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a Managerial role.
FMCG / Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, tax and internal controls.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting/ERP software.
Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

High level of integrity, accuracy and accountability
