Experience: Candidates are typically expected to have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting roles. Prefer to have a manufacturing industrial working experience.
Management and Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities are essential for overseeing a team of financial professionals and guiding the financial strategy of the organization.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are crucial for presenting financial information to senior management. This includes written reports, presentations, and interpersonal communication. Must be fluent in English 4 skills to report Foreign Director.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify financial issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions. Proactive in addressing financial challenges and optimizing financial performance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, financial modeling software) and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
Ethical Standards: Adherence to high ethical standards and integrity in financial management and reporting.
